Best Time to visit Malta

The Maltase climate is very warm and mild naturally which means the winters are not harsh. Malta and its residents enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year! From my research the best time of year to visit Malta –if we go by weather – is late Spring and early summer; April, May and June. The weather is not too hot (sunny days and the nights are cool) and there are fewer tourists.

Spring is between March and May. Summer is from June to September. Autumn is between October to November. Lastly Winter is from December to February.

You’ll able to swim if you don’t mind the slightly cooler waters. It also depends on what type of festival/activity you are interested in. I personally am travelling to Malta for a 4 day event called DLT Malta.
